Terms of Service
OnRep Terms of Service describing service conditions, user responsibilities, subscriptions, and dispute handling.

1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the OnRep mobile application and related services, and the rights and obligations between OnRep and users.
2. Definitions
- 1Service means the OnRep mobile app and all workout logging, progress analytics, and data sync features provided through it.
- 2User means a person who uses the service under these Terms.
- 3Member means a user who has completed sign-up.
- 4Workout record means exercise sets, reps, weight, distance, time, and related data entered by a user.
- 5Pro subscription means a paid premium service available through monthly or annual payment.
- 6Content means exercise libraries, analytics reports, statistics, and other materials provided in the service.
3. Effect and changes
- 1These Terms are posted in the service or on the website and become effective when a user signs up.
- 2OnRep may revise these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law.
- 3When Terms change, OnRep will notify users at least 7 days before the effective date through in-app notices or email.
- 4Users who do not agree to revised Terms may stop using the service and delete their account.
- 5Continued use after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Sign-up
- 1Users apply for membership by entering required information and agreeing to these Terms.
- 2Sign-up may be completed with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google.
- 3OnRep may reject or later restrict accounts involving impersonation, false information, users under 14, previous Terms violations, or technical inability to provide the service.
5. Account management
- 1Users are responsible for safely managing their account credentials.
- 2Accounts may not be transferred, lent, or shared with third parties.
- 3Users must notify OnRep immediately if they become aware of unauthorized use or a security breach.
- 4OnRep is not responsible for damage caused by a user's failure to manage account credentials.
- 5Users may edit profile information in app settings.

7. Paid services and payment

- Launch promotions may apply.
- iOS payments are processed through Apple App Store in-app purchases.
- Android payments are processed through Google Play Store in-app purchases.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription cancellation is handled through the applicable platform subscription settings.
8. Refunds
Paid transactions are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store in-app purchase systems, so refunds are governed by each platform's policies.

- Refunds may generally be available within 48 hours after purchase, subject to each platform's decision.
- Cancellation during a free trial prevents charges.
- Apple or Google makes the final refund decision.
9. User responsibilities
Users must not engage in the following conduct.
- 1Use another person's information or register false information
- 2Interfere with service operations or use the service abnormally
- 3Use the service for unlawful or publicly harmful purposes
- 4Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble service software
- 5Access the service through unauthorized automated means
- 6Exploit service bugs or vulnerabilities
- 7Interfere with another user's service use
- 8Use the service commercially without written permission from OnRep
10. OnRep responsibilities
- 1OnRep will comply with applicable law and these Terms and endeavor to provide a stable service.
- 2OnRep will manage personal information safely according to the Privacy Policy.
- 3OnRep will handle legitimate feedback or complaints related to service use.
- 4OnRep will endeavor to restore the service promptly when incidents occur.
11. Service changes and suspension
OnRep may change all or part of the service to improve quality and will notify users in advance of material changes.
- The service may be suspended temporarily for system maintenance, server replacement, or expansion.
- The service may be suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or power outages.
- If OnRep ends the service for business reasons, it will notify users 30 days before termination.
- Where possible, OnRep will provide a workout record export feature before service termination.
12. Intellectual property
- 1Copyrights and intellectual property rights in the service belong to OnRep.
- 2Users own the workout records they enter through the service.
- 3Users may not commercially use or provide information obtained through the service to third parties without prior consent.
- 4Rights to exercise library names, classifications, and measurement metric databases belong to OnRep.
13. Disclaimers
- The service is a workout logging and analytics tool and does not replace medical advice or professional training guidance.
- 1RM estimates and progress analytics are for reference; users should prioritize their physical condition and professional advice during exercise.
- OnRep is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising during service use.
- OnRep is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, hacking, network failures, or similar events.
- Data directly deleted by a user cannot be restored.
14. Account deletion and restrictions
- Users may request account deletion at any time in app settings.
- Workout records and personal information are handled according to the Privacy Policy after deletion.
- Users with paid subscriptions must cancel subscriptions separately through each platform.
- OnRep may restrict use or terminate membership for Terms violations, operational interference, rights infringement, or legal violations.
15. Damages
- 1If users suffer damage due to OnRep's intent or negligence, OnRep will compensate within the scope required by applicable law.
- 2If a user causes damage to OnRep by violating these Terms, the user must compensate OnRep for that damage.
16. Dispute resolution
- 1OnRep and users will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes related to service use.
- 2If no agreement is reached, litigation may be filed under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- 3Jurisdiction between OnRep and users follows the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
17. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Addendum
These Terms are effective from April 1, 2026.
